SEO Control

Terms of Use

The rules for using SEO Control. Last updated October 24, 2026.

SEO Control is operated by Maksim Streltcov, based in Latvia. Contact: [email protected]. These terms describe use of the Free service.

Using the service

SEO Control checks public website pages and presents technical findings and availability observations. Optional Google connections show reports from resources your Google account can access. You may check a public website without claiming to own it. You must have appropriate permission for connected private reports and for any information you submit. A Search Console access role is not automatically proof of website ownership.

Use accurate information and keep your device and sign-in credentials protected. Do not bypass access controls, request private network addresses, exploit the service, evade quotas, overload websites or submit sensitive credentials in URLs. Public checks follow configured rate limits and crawler rules. We may pause or restrict checks to protect websites, the service and other users.

Reports and limits

Results describe what we could observe at a stated time. Sites can block requests, change between checks or return incomplete data. A failed request is not always a confirmed outage; unknown results remain unknown. Google reports can be delayed, filtered or unavailable. A check is advice to investigate and does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, security, uninterrupted availability or detection of every issue.

The Free release has no paid subscription or in-app purchase. Quotas and enabled features are shown in the product. Planned features do not create an entitlement or a commitment to deliver them on a particular date. Changes to limits or material service terms will be explained before they apply where notice is required.

Connected services and notifications

Google access is read-only and optional. Disconnecting one source and revoking Google authorization are different actions; see the Privacy Policy. You can disable notifications in the app or device settings. Push delivery depends on third-party services, network connectivity and device settings. SEO Control is not an emergency or guaranteed incident-response service.

Ending use and deleting an account

You may stop using SEO Control and request account deletion through the app or Support. Removing the app alone does not delete the server account. The Privacy Policy explains deletion, retained operational copies and provider revocation. We may suspend abusive activity or discontinue the service with any notice required by applicable law.

Responsibility and rights

You retain your rights in information you submit and authorize its processing only to provide the requested service. Third-party website content, Google reports and trademarks belong to their respective owners. SEO Control is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Apple or the websites it checks.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on a report without your own verification. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact [email protected] about a concern or dispute.
